No, but both Materazzi and Zidane were fined by FIFA, Materazzi is banned for two games while Zidane is going to do some community service for three days since he's not coming back...

According to Zidane- made comments regarding his family, but he would not tell even his lawyer what was said, just that he would have rather been brutally injured rather than hear the comment
According to Materazzi- he would never make comments about his mother (b/c he lost his at an early age), and nothing regarding terrorism, religion, or race.
