Oh wow... Heathcliff? You just took me down memory lane girl. I used to watch Heathcliff and the Catillac Cats all the time as a kid. I loved him. But then I love Garfield too. He's just plain cool. Heathcliff is a different type of cool. He played pranks all over the neighborhood. If I have to choose I'd have to say Heathcliff. There is always more action around Heathcliff.

Until those stupid movies came out, I would have said Garfield. But now, I'm not so sure. Heathcliff has got more street cred. He's more blue collar than Garfield. Garfield is fat and lazy, and has everything handed to him. If they were ever in a fight, Heathcliff would kick Garfield's ***, easily.

Heathcliff, Heathcliff, no one should, terrify the neighborhood. But, Heathcliff just won't be undone, playing pranks on everyone. Heathcliff Rocks. Garfield just terrorized John and Ode. Heathcliff Terrorized the whole neighborhood. No contest on this one.

Heathcliff! He's more active and mischievous.
Garfield, on the other hand, what does he do? Kicks the dog around, shovels in pan after pan of lasagna, and naps. Oh, and I'm sure drags his fat @$$ to the litter box off-panel.

Heathcliff. Garfield has cool gags like Monday attacking him and making a music on the decrease back fence, yet Heathcliff is the crown prince, king, and emperor of cool even as he receives round his acquaintances. Cynical with a heart of gold, sarcastic and yet to blame. Been years considering i have considered the caricature or a strip, yet always loved them. thanks, thanks for the walk down the trails of my infantile suggestions.
