Should we proud of them that they have gone from being last to second in the NL East?

Also, do you think they have a chance to win the division again this year?

Those guys are winners, and Cox is the best Manager in baseball.

They just traded for a closer (Wickman) today and there is a chance that they could make a run at the wild card (5 games back of Cincy)

I won't rule anything out against them

Yes I'm proud of the way they have fought back and now they have purchased a closer in Bob Wickman. If they continue to hit anything like they have recently they can once again win the division. Lets say they win about 20 of their next 30 games and beat the Mets when they play them, it could really tighten up the race and down the home stretch, they could win it again! Go Braves!

Going from last to second in the NL East is nothing to be proud of.

Did you see the trade they just made? They finally got a proven closer in Bob Wickman who came over from the Indians. There is hope yet!!! They've been on fire lately at the plate, now if a couple of the starters begin to pitch like they have in the past, now that they have a closer, they could still overtake the Mets (who aren't doing all that well right now although they are winning today).

Unless the Mets have a major meltdown, Atlanta's reign in the NL East may be interrupted

no you should not be proud because they are still 12 games back. they will definetelly not win the NL east but, if they get lucky they might win the wild card.

I don't like the braves right now, only becuase they crushed my Cardinals
the first two games of the series...but my Cardinals bounced back in
game 3...The braves will make a valient effort to make the post-season
but they will fail becuase they have too many teams in between them and
the wildcard leader.
