Yeah that blows...I am always wearing white and people keep calling me God-man all the time. Jerks, I'm Agnostic!
I think you should wear what you want. Implying you are a Satanist because you always wear black is just silly; I live in New York and would just think you work at MAC cosmetics. They have to wear black even the finance guys in their office (hmmm maybe a future career for you to consider).
Mixing it up once in a while isn't such a bad thing either; it will also draw less attention to you if you decide to experiment with other colors.
Since you seem to have your own fashion paparazzi, you might even throw them off once in a while. Play with their heads and confuse them. Wear nothing but orange one week and never explain why. I'm sure you can think of some good headgames to play.
Good luck

There are lots of interpretations of black...a lot of the other answers have already said that.
But think about why you really want to wear black.
My favorite color is purple but I don't wear purple everyday.
Try to make a statement with your clothes if you are going to be wearing the same things everyday. No matter what you wear you are saying something about yourself...if you don't want it to be Satanist then what do you want it to be? (it can change each day too so don't feel like you are locked in -try out lots of different things) Like wear all black but a white ribbon around your wrist. Or a red belt. Those things that stand out will take on a whole new meaning...and the meaning can be anything you want.
If you wear a black shirt with a cross on it will you be Satanist anymore? Or die hard Christian?
You can make a statement...then your clothes will truly reflect you and not follow the crowd.
Good Luck.

I think it's a cool color. It's not all about funerals and depression. Lots of rock 'n rollers wear it, either. Johnny Cash, Bono, Springsteen, Fleetwood Mac. Just to name a few. From previous generation to current generation musicians, of all genres...they all wear black here and there, either all-black or some black in their outfits. Plus, black one of the colors used to make you look professional on job interviews, or if you're in careers like law. And, you can put anything with it.
So I agree, it's not just some color of clothing that represents evil things.

Listen, tell your parents that black is THEE fashion color. It makes you look skinnier, it goes with every other color, and it's a statement of style.
Black - edgy. Secure. Intense.
And if wearing black makes you a Satanist...I guess my closet must be a HellHole!
And, uhm...I'm a Buddhist.

Like it or not it is a stereotype and that is not always bad.
You will just have to take the consequences!
It would help if you wore nice slacks a black shirt and a tie! Dressing up will help change some of the negative image. If you look goth it is assumed you want to be goth and you will be treated that way!

While wearing black lots of times is an indicator that someone might be into the occult, it doesn't necessarily mean it all the time.
If you want to wear black, go for it.

It is because they are retarded and stereotypical. I don't have any favorate colors so I guess that means I'm anti-social. It's really wtf, but the truth is probably because black is discriminated a lot by the media. And media brainwashes the masses. You are in a pinch.
