Yes my brother has been pissin me off for quite some time and all I have at my disposal is a can of peas and a lawn mower.

I don't even think you need the peas... there's gasoline in the lawnmower.
I bet MacGuyver could do it with the peas and a paperclip.

Empty the peas from the can, fill it up with petrol from the lawn mower, and pour it on his head whilst lighting it!

Douse him with gas from the mower, then disconnect the starter wire from the sparkplug and hol the wire clode to him while pull-starting the mower. It'll arc electricity to him and set off the gas.

I think that it could be done with enough force and friction. Especially since canned peas suck and they would inevitable end up smashed into his face, that would really be the icing on the cake.
