Don't sleep under your duvet! Where something very light it will keep you cooler than not wearing anything at all believe it or not!
Open all the windows in your house this can sometimes cause backdraft! Air being sucked through your house (works better if there is a slight breeze)!

Go to the store....get some pills called melatonin...they're natural, so they won't hurt you.....start taking them as the bottle says....it'll get you on a natural sleep cycle....
Or if the problem perisists, see your doctor.....you may need to be put on medication.....my doc gives me a sleeping pill prescription, but I only take it when I'm having a really bad night, as in can't sleep at all.......

I always put my aftersun spray in the fridge and then before bed I spray my entire body with it and it cools me down.

black out your windows or make your room as dark as possible. play some soothing music and that should make your sleep much easier. be harder to wake up but much easier to sleep.
