I want to write a letter to the President, how do i get one to him, so that he will actually see it?

Go to your Congressman's office and ask him or her to personally deliver it. You will have a better chance than mailing or emailing the address found on whitehouse.gov.

you don't the president will not actually read the letters, thats what he pays people to do. If you write it formal enough and its something they view as important he might hear of it otherwise its a lost cause.
