Only fools reject love because of heritage, economics, politics or even worse religion. In regards to dating co-workers; I would imagine that it might be rough should the relationship goes sour. Never **** where you eat.

It depends on how nice both people are, and on their opinions. Assuming that they do not mind dating outside of their culture and that your friend is nice, I don't see why not. Just offer him a bit of advice: if he really wants to date this girl, he should ask her to McDonald's. Who would say no to that?!

Why not? No law against it. It's obviously not as common as black/white relationships, but that shouldn't deter your coworkers.

Yes. My brother dated a few black girls when we were in high school . He(we) are Chinese. Race doesn't matter, common intrests do.
