Sorry about the silly question. Yes, I'm just bored. Tell me about any stories you've got.

let me tell you

It has been a heck of a year. I was in school this Spring semester and have just graduated with a degree in education. later on, my boyfriend and I broke up and he quickly started seeing some other person. Well shortly after, I found out that I was pregnant, and that changed EVERYTHING. We started talking again. He had always wanted a family, and there was his family, growing inside me. Well needless to say, there was a lot of drama in the month of June, but we got back together by the end of the month and we are now newlyweds. Both of us are ecstatic because we will be welcoming a new baby boy to the world in December. We love each other very deeply and only want to express that love to each other with each passing day.

is that okay? (for a story, I mean...)

Have a great day!

once upon a time i could clean my house, wash all the clothes, do some work out in the yard, and so many other things. Then one day not long ago I got online. Somthing I've done many times before, but this time I noticed this little sentence in green under my search bar, curious i clicked it and low and behold there was a world of questions to be answered & me being a wanna be no it all was in heaven. Now I have a problem it seems there is always one more and I can't stop myself from answering it.Lucky for me yahoo loves me and gives me a limit each day. So the moral of this story is well I'm not exactly sure but at least I got two points.

Well, when I woke up this morning the sky looked a little bluer than it usually does, the wind smelled a little fresher, and the lake was just coming alive with sunlight. I went down to the lake and said my prayers, went in and had some coffee and decided I would go check on the raspberries. The first place I checked had nothing but small berries due to the lack of rain in the area so I decided to go to a place where the land was lower. I spied some big berries living in a big brush pile. As I got out of my 4x4 I almost stepped into a pile of fresh bear poo which should have told me right there to get back in the truck. I had to climb on this huge dry brush pile to get to the berries and when I was up there the coffee that I drank decided it was time to come out. Being always in the "ready" mode I had tp with me so I decided instead of climbing down from the brush pile I would just go right there. That was a bad mistake since I didn't put any bug spray on. The deer flies were getting me so bad and when I took a step forward my foot went down into the brush pile and got stuck. I swung my other leg down to another pile that looked solid and that one started sinking. Then I lost my balance and fell backward. As I'm laying there cussing and laughing at my dilemma I hear a noise in the woods. Like something walking but I can't see it from the position I'm in. My first thought , "Bear". It didn't take me too long to stand up get my foot unstuck and my pants up. When that was all done I had to ask myself, "What'n the he** was that all about?" I looked over to where I heard the noise come from and there's a face looking back at me. It was a forest ranger out doing whatever it is forest rangers do. He asked if I had found any good berries in the area. We talked for awhile and I left. But still I have to wonder how much of my dilemma did he witness??

It all started on the morning of January 6th 1957. I heard a strange beeping sound coming from the floor in my room, I was quite disturbed at the time because I was trying to listen to my new Chuck Berry record,and the beeping noise was inter-fearing with Chuck's guitar solo. I asked my mom about the sound, but she didn't hear anything. By 2:30 in the afternoon everybody around me thinks that I'm crazy....

Okay flash forward to August 1966.

I am now in the R.C.A.F. performing routine maintenance on a CF-104 Starfighter on a base in West Germany, it's around 10:20 in the morning and then all of a sudden, I start hearing a strange beeping sound coming from the left wing. I asked my commanding officer about this. He was quite puzzled at this, as was I. He tells me he has heard nothing lately, and tells me to dismiss it. By 2:30 the next afternoon, everybody on the base thinks I'm a nut.

Well...now let's flash ahead one more time, to today July 20th 2006

As I am sitting in my office typing this message to you or anybody else in cyberland who cares to read it. I am troubled by my on going problem, the strange beeping noise. I can best describe it to you like this. It sounds very much like a home smoke detector with a weak or near dead battery in it. If you know this sound, then you know what I'm talking about. The trouble is, is that they did not have these out yet in 1957 nor did they have them yet in 1966. So, what was that sound, and where did it come from.
I've spoken to my wife, my children, even my grand kids. I've also spoken to some of my old air force buddies about this, and usually it's the same answer " Ahh it's nothing, probably the wind" I don't know what it is, but I know this. I still have that Chuck Berry record, and I was able to salvage the altimeter from that CF-104 when it crashed in 1969, and as time goes by I think long and hard sometimes, and I am now convinced

I AM CRAZY

Once broke my ankle dancing the "Twist." Was at a company Christmas party. Twirled, slipped and fell on polished parquet floor. As I was sitting there, stunned, in my party finery, my dance partner looked down and said, "Get up!" He thought the floor-sitting was a new part of the dance move. Went to e/r the next day and found out ankle was broken in 2 places. Had pins installed to put it back together. I only waltz now. :)
