1) Don't worry about not succeeding. By not doing anything, you lost already.

2) Every time you accomplish something, focus on what you did to achieve it. Own your success, rather than attribute it to external factors (e.g., luck).

3) Every time you fail, focus on EXTERNAL factors that made things difficult for you. This way you don't demorilize yourself, AND you focus on changing your environment for the better.

4) Believe that you are capable and deserving of success, provided that you work hard. Remember that ability and intelligence, contrary to popular belief, are very malleable. It's 95% work, 5% giftedness.

5) Work hard.

Face your fear directly. Force yourself to be a success, and reward yourself for making it through each little triumph. After you've mastered getting the fork to your mouth successfully, take bigger and more challenging risks. Don't be afraid to succeed in new areas, either--successfully rolling over in bed can be rewarding in its own right.

Tell yourself that success is a failure so when you do succeed you will feel like your are failing and be fine and is you don't succeed you failed again. Don't fear, it can't hurt you.
