Hello:
This answer is in response to your question posted about getting THC out of your system.
You asked about cigarettes. They have nothing to do with getting THC out of your system, mostly in part because THC is stored in your fat tissue. There are some products out there that swear that they will clear the herbages out of your system. I have never tried any of them, but I have patients and friends who had to have drug tests for work. The biggest factor in getting drug tested is how heavy of a smoker you are. If you get high every day, then your are a heavy smoker. If you get high maybe once a week then you are a light smoker and much less likely to be popped on the drug test.
There is a product called "Goldenseal" that you can get at GNC or other health food stores. This product has been shown to cleanse your system and possibly the THC out of your body, but I am not so sure. You are less likely to test positive if the drug test is urine rather than blood or hair sample. A hair sample can show drugs taken decades ago.
Diuretics may help. Caffeine is a diuretic which flushes your system. Drinking a lot of water every day along with coffee may help you but I cant promise anything to you. Like I said it depends on your level of smoking.
