i use an Orance C600 SPV, it runs Windows Mobile 5 and browses the web, syncs with outlook and run PPC apps. Check it out, its basically a pda in a phone chassis

Well u could also try installing a web browser to a mobile phone u already have. try opera mini. It's really good.
