Yup. They just don't know who they're dealing with! No one can take charge unless you let them.

We are people please-rs by nature so we try to be friendly and make everyone happy. If we feel like we are being used...then we switch up quicker than a heart beat. What ever benefit that we can get out of the situation, we get and then we bounce. I'm having a problem like that now where I'm trying to get something from a certain guy. He's been a real pain in the @ss and getting it has been hard but I realize I have to kiss a little to get a little but if it is not worth the getting, you better believe he's going to get the rough end.

It would involve more than just looking at your Sun sign, Aquarius. You have to look at your entire chart, which has been calculated based on your date, place and exact birth time.
Go to www.astro.com to get your free chart based on your birth data.
You would then look to the 10th house (house that rules authority) and aspects to Saturn (authority figures). You could also look for aspects to Pluto (power and control).
http://www.bobmarksastrologer.com/tenthhouse.htm
This house indicates one’s career tendencies, public image (as opposed to private image), the parent of greater influence (usually the mother), and people who may have power or authority over you (bosses, judges, etc.). Yes, planets IN this house affect the career. So does the SIGN at the beginning (the cusp) of the house, as well as the RULING PLANET of that sign.

Saturn
Saturn shows how we experience "reality", where we meet with resistance and discover our limitations. It represents the conscience and moral conviction, the laws and rules which we choose to obey. It also tells us about our powers of endurance and the ability to concentrate, it lends qualities like earnestness, caution and reserve.
Sign equivalent: Capricorn
Pluto
Pluto describes how we deal with power, personal and non-personal, be it through suffering the power of others or exercising it ourselves. It describes how we meet the demonic and magical, our regenerative powers and our capacity for radical change and rebirth: the cycles of dying and becoming.
Sign equivalent: Scorpio
