I am traveling to Vancouver the last week of July into the beginning of August. What type of clothes should I bring? How will the weather be then? Also, I am curious to see what type of clothes the locals wear. What are the current trends for women in their 20s right now?

Vancouver will be warm, a bit humid, sunny. Temps around 70 to 75 degrees. The "locals" wear the same fashions as they do in any large city around the world. We call it "West Coast Chic". PS: It also might rain, as it is a coastal city.
