our "cul de sac" neighbors gets into a meeting everyweek in my house... we tell eachother what we saw... we are very safe people... we report any kind of suspicous activities... we all have 4X power scopes from the army for lookout.... and we all have a firearm... even some salesperson knows not to enter our street when (s)he sees our (neighborhood watch) sign....
