There are small kits from Memorex and Dust Off. The Memorex kit has a little brush so you can take the dust particles of the screen before you clean it because otherwise you can scratch the screen when you use the spray and pad to clean it. It comes with pads and the Opticlean Solution Drops. The Dust Off has a LCD Cleaning Soution Spray and the pads but doesn't come with the brush. You can probably find them at Target or places where they sell electronics and computers accesories.

Its up to you what you do but I really would avoid chemicals. I have had this dilemma for a while. Finally cleaned my screen this week! After doing lots of research I tried a special cloth, rinsed and wrung out, just slightly damp and its done a good job. Be careful what you use on your screen, not all screens are made of the same material and what is ok on some screens may be harmful to another. You can buy screen cleaner but again there are good and bad ones. Get a lint free cloth, ideally made for the job, and use water. And even a second dry cloth to buff any water marks. Be gentle.

★★ CLEAN LCD SCREENS ★★

◙ Lightly spray windex on a really soft cloth and wipe the screen. Do not spray directly on the screen.

◙ Be very careful not to press very hard or you'll damage areas of the screen.

◙ You can buy a monitor protector to place over your screen. Another way is to cut out a piece of clear plexiglass slightly larger than the screen area and attach the plexiglass to the monitor with double-faced tape. This will keep people from pokiung the screen with their fingers and spraying the screen when they cough or sneeze.

First use a nice soft piece of cloth and detergent to clean your screen. Then use a piece of newspaper to dry the screen. And you will see that it will shine and all the fingerprints gone. That way, you don't have to go to the store to buy anything else.

I wouldn't use anything with ammonia (windex). I use PixelClean, and it works great on my laptop screen, PC flat screen and my plasma. It's a good purchase.
