Well I'm an accountant. I work for a forest products company... and have worked in the industry for the last 11 years (since graduating college.) There's a good bit of variety to the job. Certainly there's quite a bit of i dotting and t crossing that you'd expect in a job that requires quite a bit of accuracy, but you also get to understand exactly what it is the company is trying to do, and to tell the company's story with numbers. I have a high comfort level here... I'm talented and know what I'm doing and what to expect, and really couldn't imagine doing anything else.
That being said... when I was growing up, I thought I wanted to be an astronaut. Didn't quite get too far down that career path!

Right now I'm a receptionist/file clerk at an insurance agency in Maine. But after college and med school I want to be an anesthesiologist for a cosmetic surgeon.

I'm in Sales but I would rather be a Youth Counselor for Domestic Violence. There is no help for young girls(or guys) in violent Domestic situations. Being able to make a difference would be my dream job.

I am a dispatcher for a local police department. There is nothing else I would rather do. I love my job.

I am a assistant teacher for head start and I wish even though I know its a real job, could be a personal shopper. I wish I could get paid to shop all day.

housekeeping at a casino in Michigan. by the way the payouts here suck, and this.it would be a fun job and I would get to stay at home at my computer and answer questions all day and use my computer as a tax write-off way cool dude.
