(because I think) We'd better off having a litterally blind president who could see things beyond what it seems like, than a seemingly normal person who see things blindly.

Yes, i say so despite the fact they would need constant help and assistance. It would change the way briefings were presented... the way security was handled. but the fact is the president has someone to cater to all those needs anyway - a cook, a dresser, a chief of state and admin asst, his personal butler, chauffeur, aides to translate today's news into 10 second sound bites etc. Yes, I think a blind person could do it if surrounded by right people.

LOL....underagelying -that's good. And I don't see why we can't have a blind president; we had one in a wheelchair.
