Women can still be sexy when they are pregnant. I think it is all in the way a woman carries herself. If her self esteem is low then she may not be as sexy because she will not do much to take care of herself. Women that have good self esteem tend to take care of themselves and put on nice clothes and makeup.

I've heard that men find pregnant women to be especially sexy.
I myself, being a woman, felt less than sexy during my pregnancy, however pregnant women do carry that special glow.

Im pregnant and my hubby has told me that Im sexier than ever.

I don't feel like it, but if anything, my husband's sex drive has increased-impossible as I thought it was.
Not sure if it's me or the visible confirmation of his own "manhood."
