Since some restaurants won't let you bring in food from other places suggest a compromise. Call in the pizza. While your on the way to pick it up, stop at McDonald's. Either have a picnic at the park (which will also let the child go play so you can spend time with Mom) or suggest going to her place so the child will be comfortable in their own surroundings with their own toys. Don't just give up on your wanting pizza. Take it from someone that was in the same position as the young lady your interested in. I wanted someone that thought about my child but was also willing to say - I don't really care for McDonald's.

That's not so hard a question, got ahead and go to McDonalds and some time when it's just the two of yous, go for pizza.

Go to mcdonalds for the youngin and take it to the pizza place then everyone is happy. She will see that you care enough to get her lil girl pizza and to get her something she likes.

If her lil girl is with her then go to McDonalds. Or you could just ask her to go out some other time when she could get a baby-sitter so that you could get your pizza.

get your pizza to go and eat it at McDonalds (McDonalds sucks anyway) let the stupid baby eat the McDonalds.
Word of advice: Stay away from her if the baby is dictating your life like this for such small things in the future your life can become a living hell. I have seen a friend of mine go through a similar situation

UMMMMMMMMMMMM, DUUUUUUUUUUUUUH, go to mcdonald's, then try another date with just the two of you, she is testing your intellect for kids. You said you did like kids she is trying to feel you out, cause no matter what the baby is not going anywhere, but you could be if you do not go to mcdonald's. Besides, You will spend a whole lot less.
