dOes aNyoNe knoW hOw tO Get riD oF the stupiD caLLs and eMails from people. Here's the thing, I was stupid enough to start taking the stupid survey online to get the free gifts even tho i know its a trap and now i'm stuck. they keep calling help me!!

well, as most of the emails, are repeat senders, you can mark them as spam, and your email service will delete them before they even get to you.

Also, if you continue to put you email address in places like the gift sites, create an email strictly for this purpose.

I have a Yahoo for my own real reasons and i have a Gmail for spam, i can get you an invite to Gmail if you want.

For the phone thing, i dont really know what to tell you, you can ignore them, or if you cant stand it, you will really have to change your number.

You can also try calling your carrier service for the phone and tell them about your dilemma

Really the only best thing to do is get yourself a new e-mail. It's hard to have them stop sending those 100 e-mails to your account a day.

I got a new yahoo e-mail, e-mailed only my friends the new account name and closed the other account out after 3 or 4 months.

With your phone #, you are going to have to do the same thing.

3) call your customer service communication centre to block the num from reaching your cellphone.

The best thing to do is to change your e-mail address and change your telephone number. I know its a lot of hassle, but you have to suffer the consequences of your naiveity
