Because there is the game named Baseball and all americans are their fans. It seems that you're INdian because the INdians only play that game.

See every country is motivated to a sport.

So each country will be interested in a different game.

For example, India is interested much in Cricket not not much in any other games. See Braizil and other countries like playing foot ball. In the same way, your country (America) is fond of Base Ball. So you (and many) people over there tend to play base ball from childhood as cricket in India.

Hope you had understood the reason behind this.

Cricket takes a whole day to finish a game and people in US are impatient to watch a game for a entire day and you probably would not get media coverage for a sport that isnt popular.

I think its a bit too cerebral for them. And I believe they have no concept of a drawn match a situation that frequently happens in cricket.

Who says they dont. I do every Sunday 8 to 12. 4 Hours a week. 16 hours a month.192 hours a year.Thats pretty much it.
