i do not have that.how can i get it from the infomations in my windows xp?

go to belarc.com and download the belarc advisor. it will tell you everything about your computer including your windows serial number.

The best answer is from kristeena911 and I suggest you goto:
http://www.belarc.com and download the free version and install. When installed it should run automatically, and when you see the results appear, click on the link (left-side of information window) which says 'Software Licenses' - here you will see the installation key (25 alpha-numeric).
I know this as I have just done it!

There's a handy liittle program you can use that's free and downloadable at the below link, called "Keyfinder.EXE". Small, easy to use, and accurate. It's only 257KB in size, so it's quick to download. No "installation" or other alteration of your files. Just double-click it and there's your Key. Good luck.

As I recall it should be on (I think) a little piece of tape on the back of the CD plastic jewel case....
