The electrical parameters are: insertion loss, direct curent resistance, insulation resistance, noise....... Depending of this parameters it can calculate the rate of downstream and the lenght.
I need to know the limit of values of these parameters for an ADSL with downstream 512 kbps or 1024 kbps

Some DSL and Cable modems allow you to view a setup/status screen that would give you most of this. I'd research the make/model of your DSL modem to see if there's a way. For example, if you have a Motorola Surfboard, you can put 192.168.100.1 in your browser to view power levels, SNR, etc.

Also see if you can find a data sheet or reference manual for your specific modem, and this might give you the acceptable ranges for these parameters, which will at least get you in the neighborhood.
