Hermione blasting Ron against a wall due to a 'patronizing, sexist comment' – Emma Watson confirmed this in an interview with the Australian talk show "Sunrise." (Note that this is not in the book.)

Umbridge-related

Fred and George's mayhem as they leave Hogwarts[43]

Being as in the book the kiss represents a creushal moment between Harry and Cho I can't see the director leaving it out, considering the fact that throughout the other movies the relationship between Harry and Cho was apparent, it is most likely that the 5fth movie will include this kiss.

Yes, it's inevitable that Harry and Cho will share and kiss in 'Order of the Phoenix'. After all, it is quite a big deal for the character that he has his first kiss in the book. Their romance may have been short but they do kiss at some point in the book so it would be stupid not to include that in the film.

He did in the book, but remember--she started crying because she wasn't over the guy who was killed yet. If that doesn't nip a budding romance in the bud, I don't know what will.
