Such as Asians, Hispanics, Blacks, Native Americans, Arabs, and anyone with color. As a Mexican I have always wondered why whites tell me I must go back to Mexico. Don't they understand that I left Mexico to come to the U.S. because they left my country in poverty. The same way they left Africa in poverty and soon the middle east.

what's funny is the word all was never used.
but to answer your question, it's the same reason you are getting these reactions to your question. because people don't like when you tell them their stuff stinks too.
not saying my ancestors didn't do anything, but if you look at the last 400 to 500 yrs, Anglos/whites are behind a lot of suffering. not all, but a lot. and yes people of color did some too.

Hey there fellow Mexican....white people are not responsible for hurting so called color races. YOU as an individual are responsible for your own destiny in life. If you live in the ghetto then get out of it so you learn how to live like an AMERICAN.
If you are new to this counrty, learn how to live by it's standards and don't play the "Woe Me" card because you are Mexican. If you have been here for a while...please stop whining. Cause it's you folks who give the rest of us who were born here a bad name. Next time someone tells you to go back to Mexico, just tell them you dont want to.
I have NEVER felt that the White man has stopped me from anything. I know both languages, I went to college and I have a good job.
All I can say about Mexico (since I still have family there) is that there is ALOT of AMERICAN industries there that help sustain the Mexican economy...ie: Wal-Mart, GM, VW, etc... You should look to your crooked Mexican government for it is THEY who have held down the majority of the population. They are not good, effective leaders who care about their people. It's either feast of famine in Mexico, mostly famine. This is NOT the United States fault...if the indians were not brave enough to protect their land when they had it, then oh well my friend. Life goes on. remember that the best man always wins...so strive for the best!
I hope you came across the border for a better life, NOT to see what you could drain from the American government...thats the wrong reason, so if you did, then yes, GO BACK. If you came here to get a good education and become a law-abiding, tax-paying individual then it's hats off to you!!! WELCOME and I hope you get your papers.

Left you in poverty??? When will the rest of the world take responsibiltiy for their own failure and quit blaming us! Native American/American Indians, Okay.... they got screwed. Blacks in America, certainly (though they are today the most prosperous black population of its size in the world).... but the rest of you have NOTHING to blame us for.
People of all races, religions, nationalities have fought each other since the caveman. It's not a white-people thing.
Americans would be hurt if all the Mexican immigrants left here, but Mexico would be hurt far more if American industry left there.

Because I, personally, did not do any of the things you're accusing me of. And obviously I don't want all the other races to dissappear or go back to mexico, just people that think like you! and you are no better than the KKK or any other racist because you're hating on whites and you have lowered yourself to their level. And you don't have to say the word all...If I asked an ignorant question like "why do black people ___(something derogatory to fill in the blank)" or "why do mexicans___" I would get the same reaction from people of that race without using the word all.

But what i meant by it's not always the whites against everyone else is b/c there is black on black crime and things like that. We don't want you because you are a strain on our economy. Also, Mexicans bring in diseases. In the 1970's skilled and educated workers came here from Mexico. Now unskilled workers with no highschool education are coming over and we have too many already. The US didn't leave your country in poverty, your **** *** leaders did. You guys have billions of barrels of oil but your corrupt government is always on the brink of falling apart. Go home.

how did the white people leave ur country in poverty? i think they did that themselves. I grew up on the border most of my friend's are hispanics, so im not racist. Not all white people are responisble. I've never done anything to hurt someone of another race. If you want to come here and make a better life for yourself then I say go for it. Be prepared for changes from wherever you came here from.You have to realize that people are going to want things to be a certain way bc you are coming into their country.Other people are just racist and have made assumptions about certain races. You can't change how people think, but don't make the mistake of being like them and make assumptions about everyone who is white.

Why should I be held responsible for the actions of ignorant white people in the past! I cant don't anything about the past! All I can do is try to change future by treating other people ( no matter what the color of their skin) the way I want them to treat me!

Well I'm hispanic myself and I think you're making an unfair generalization. Some of the best people in my life are white and have never, ever treated me any different. Don't make remarks like these because it's not true. Lots of people are guilty of racism, not just whites.

I have to tell you honestly that I live in a very multi racial area and I have no problems with anyone but I have to tell you that the ignorance that you are speaking of comes from ALL races...............Sorry if you were stereo typed by some one who is very ignorant.
