im going on a 9 hour overnight coach journey and the company is renowned for uncomfortable trips, what can i do to ensure i get some rest?

Get a prescription for Ambien (best) or take a Benadryl or Dramamine or Nyquil caplets. Sleep mask & mp3 player w/soothing music or nature sounds.

Whenever i'm in desperate need for sleep, I will buy over the counter sleeping pills, try not to get addicted to them.

Crack a book open... Book reading always makes me hella sleepy.. If that doesn't work try some Tylenol PM
