Been not working,, for persoanl reasons and i want to get back, but can't seem to get my foot in the right door

Try agencies, not just temp agencies regular employment agencies too. Tell the agency you are looking for full time permanent as a first priority; however, you are willing to except a temp to perm if they can't find you anything else. I would use a different one for permanent then for temping because I think once they know you are willing to temp, they can exploit you for awhile at their rates before the company hires you.
Law firms are the only companies I have seen to bye out the contractor before the end of the 90 days. They can afford whatever the price is.

Try a temp agency. Start out at a company as a temp and usually at 90 days, they will hire you.
