Try agencies, not just temp agencies regular employment agencies too. Tell the agency you are looking for full time permanent as a first priority; however, you are willing to except a temp to perm if they can't find you anything else. I would use a different one for permanent then for temping because I think once they know you are willing to temp, they can exploit you for awhile at their rates before the company hires you.
Law firms are the only companies I have seen to bye out the contractor before the end of the 90 days. They can afford whatever the price is.
