less is more! nobody wants to see caked on makeup, much less wear it in the heat. keep foundations simple: just use a tinted moisturizer or powder.
make sure you use some sort of moisturizer with an spf in it. hey, every little bit helps. you'll still be getting sun on your face but it will at least cut back on some of the harmful effects.
use a bronzer on the parts of your face that get the sun alot: temples, middle of nose, etc. it will give an instant sun-kissed look that's very summer-y. also, get a couple products with shimmer in them. most bronzers have some kind of shimmer in them. also get a light pink or cream shadow that's shimmery and put it on your brow-bones, in the corners of your eyes, and sweep some across the top of your cheeks. it will reflect light alot and brighten the face. for the lips, dont use lipstick. get a lip tint, or just some gloss to finish off your sun-kissed, summer ready face!
good luck!

Light concealor (if necessary) little bit of bronzer, light eyeliner, mascara, and you're good to go! It will all just sweat off anyways so foundation is pointless. If you're going out for the night or something foundation is fine but remember less is more!

Summer make up, this is how you do it.
The goal this summer = Flawless & natural
What you need to battle = heat, humidity, sweating, make up meltdown!
Your tools = moisterizer with SPF, primer, sheer oil control foundation, powder, shimmery water based eye color (see Rimmel), tinted lip gloss, cheek stain, waterproof mascara.
Here we go!
After cleansing your face, moisterize. Allow the moisterizer to be absorbed into your skin. I'm loving the new Vichy moisterizer for oily skin.
Next, apply the primer to your entire face, this is a matte finish product that helps to reduce the appearance of large pores, and helps battle make up melt down. Allow this to settle for a few minutes as well.
Next, with a make up sponge, lightly apply a sheer foundation to key areas on your face like under eye circles (dab dab NOT rub rub), or skin discolouration. I like Maybellin Pure this summer, it isn't oil based and is great for acne prone skin. Or Maybelling whipped foundation since it dries to a powder finish.
But, only apply where you need it.
Concealer is too thick and is often wax or oil based, it can leave your skin gasping for air. A light foundation applied sparingly will allow your skin to breath, allowing you to look fresh and lovely.
Now the powder. Apply it to your T-zone with a brush. Lightly now. this is to set the make up on the oiliest part of your face.
Now what now?
Dab some of that shimmery eye colour on. Whether it's from a tube, or is a cream based eye colour, it'll look easy for summer.
Next, stain your cheeks with the cheek stain, or Maybellin Whipped blush or anything that isn't a powder. This looks natural and sheer and also lasts longer.
Finish the look with a quick swipe of mascara on your upper lashes and your sheer liptint and you're good to go.
I like the L'Oreal Juice Tube and Cover Girl SmoothWear gloss.
Now, your make up should hold up. But, you won't look cakey if you sweat.
Summer make up.
For swimming, try an industrial concealer for spot concealing and not foundation. CoverFX concealer will do it, it's high wax content will repell water, but, apply lightly with a concealer brush and dab away access/blend with a make up sponge.

I under no circumstances heard of tipping camp counselors. I actual have heard of giving presents even as your baby is leaving after having an effective journey. present playing cards, cookies, sweet, little centers.

keep it simple. go for little-to-no foundation since you probably will sweat it off anyway. try clinique translucent powder- it works awesome but even if you sweat you wont see it coming off (totally gross.)
go for waterproof mascara, and lip gloss. also, try a cream blush. limit the eyeshadow though, it tends to cake up on the crease of the eyelid and just looks... strange.
moisturize! it keeps your skin looking dewy and fresh.
and always always wear sunscreen

I use a light coat of Laura Geller Bronze and Brighten. It looks totally natural-gives a bronze and pinkish shine, but just enough.

To keep eyeliner from running, rub a little bit of chap stick right under your eyes.
