I want to advertise, and i need a ppc program, but i don't have a credit card. Is there any way i can advertise with PPC and fund my campaign via paypal?

Currently I believe Yahoo and MSN only allow credit cards. Google allows multiple payment methods depending on certain criteria. I have included a link to that below. If you are referring to smaller PPC engines, you'll have to check with each individual engine.

Find websites that use AdSense and relate to your product and offer them a better deal if they run your ad. You can pay more than Google does because you cut them out.
