I have told my Yahoo! email to automatically copy all my outgoing emails to the sent folder. That's great, because I often want to look at detailed information in emails that I wrote days or even weeks ago.
But I don't know how to do this with Hotmail. It looks as though you cannot copy Hotmails automatically to "sent", but have to click on each Hotmail email individually, to stop you losing it for ever.
Can any of you Yahoo! whizzkids out there tell me how to do in Hotmail what I take for granted with Yahoo! I bet some smart guy or girl will have it worked out.
Thanks Yahoo!

If you are a Windows Live Mail user (its the new hotmail), then click on "Options" then on the left side, click on "Mail and Junk E-mail" then when the options appear, click on "Save Sent Messages" and click the checkbox that says: "Save all sent messages in the Sent Items folder"

If you are using the regular hotmail, I don't think that there is anyway to do it.
