He flirts with every girl he sees. He knows that that is wrong and he told me he was going to try to change but he hasn't done anything to change.

If you've already asked and he didn't change then I think it's time you walk away. Find someone who will respect you enough and listen to you.

Leave him. I know my best friend has a husband like that and he is like that still after so many years and he said he would change and he has only gotten worse and the worst thing about it now he takes the flirting to a whole new level and comes in at 4 on a week night and says he didnt know what time the boys got finished talking b/c he didnt look at the clock. That is no good. So find someone that respects you and doesnt flirt with every girl that walks by. I am pretty sure that makes you feel like sht too. You are better than that.

You flirt with every guy you see when he is around, let him feel what it is like to go through feeling like the unwanted one.
