There are many things it could be besides pregnancy. The fact that you've had weird periods doesn't necessarily mean that you're pregnant. If you are worried, take a HPT and see what the results are. If they are negative, I would contact your OB/Gyn. There could be other things going on that need to be addressed. Also, I would suggest safe sex. Protection is the best bet against disease and unwanted pregnancy. I don't mean the pill, it needs to be a barrier method (ie condoms). It possible that you have an STD that is causing the problems, or an infection of some kind. It could be something as simple as a hormone imbalance. I would call your doctor and find out what it going on. Make an appointment and be seen!!

How old are you? If you've just started having your period recently, then maybe your regular schedule has not yet been developed yet (it may take up to 2 years vefore you begin menstruating regularly). If you have been mentruating for years now, then it must have something to do with what you've been doing recently. Late or early periods are usually normal. Stress is not the only factor that can affect your periods. Depression, a new diet and even new sports that are quite strenuous can have a toll on your period.
Since your periods are actually coming though, you can't be pregnant. Visit your gynecologist, he/she is the expert and can determine what has been causing you to be late.

First off it could be that you are just irregular or you may have an infection. But if you feel you are prgnant you need to take a test If it is positive you need to see the doctor because it could be an etopic pregnancy (in your tube) and that can be life threatening if not detected in time or your body could be trying to have a miscarriage. The key thing is to see your doctor immediatley because irregullar bleeding could mean a lot of things.

There is always the possiblity of being pregnant even when you have your period if you have had unprotected sex. I had mine for the first 2 months I was pregnant the first time, which of course didn't give me any clue I was pregnant. TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR. They can do tests to find out if you are or not. If you are a minor, talk to your parents. Parents can be more understanding than kids think.

Have you been to a gyno? There are many things that may make you irregular -stress, excersize, huge life events, down to physical problems, such as PCOS and many other disorders, before jumping on the pregnancy route, contact your Dr, and see if they think pregnancy is a possibility, or you can always do a HPT before contacting a dr

If you are on the Pill and have been on for a long time, your period tends to change. Its best to see your doctor and discuss this with im further, it could be pregnancy or many other things.
