Give me a break! There are alot of drugs everywhere and if you kids had such hard rules in school, you wouldn't be morons on here wondering if you were pregnant and misspelling words.

What is happening in Puerto Rico, it is happening every where, the problem that Puerto Rico has is that it is a very small Island, things are a lot easier to be known. Yes, there is lots of drugs for such little Island, but still it is not as much as there is in the United Stated, South America, and other countries.

Puerto Rico it not even bigger then Connecticut, so you can imagine how small it is.

The rules at school at as same her in the US. But the only problem that they have it that there is not enough money as there is in the US, so they have to keep their limits in many things.

I am not trying to defend Puerto Rico because I was born there, even I wont chose to go back to PR and live, I love USA very much, it is where I was raced.

Puerto Rico is so beautiful, but to populated, and because of the size, crime is a lot easier to see and do.

I'm happy here. That is why we say God Bless America, even some Christians don't think this is a blessing country, but for those that appreciate becoming an American it is a blessing.

Those that disagree, well why they don't go back to their country and see if they can find the same blessing.

Yes, there are many drugs there...and concering the "rules" in the Puerto Rico school it is actually a very good school system. and Puerto Rico will soon be the 51st State of the United which I believe wil be an asset fot the New State in the time to come...as "Statehood" will be profiable forthe small state. Drugs are in truth a problem within and among States with our great Nation...and Puerto Rico is no dirent than all established States already as part of this great Nation people. It's an evil which had infiltrated every State of the union. This CANOT be denied by any man or woman presently knowledgeable who is up-to-date with the current events concerning the States of the union in which we live day by day. I have been waiting for the United States to stamp-out all illegal drugs in order to make this a better nation. This is somethig that will take a long and offensive action against the drug industry and, I personally agree with those authorities who state that it will require and entire "make over" to implicate and implement the neccessary ground-work
the make-over of our United States. I strongly beive that any such "program" will require hard-hiting ojectives to bring the States into a workable ojective. I could on with much more detail that is hoestly needed to answer your excellent question...being very ill today keeps me from spending the time that is requirerd to answer it and you DESERVE, in complete honesty, in order to appease your question for the pupose answering as fairly as you presented it with. I'll put your address in my address book and, hopefully answers the question that asked...BECAUSE YOU CERTAINLY "DESERVE" an answer which confronts the question
