what difference does it make they all come from Mexico now anyway? American made just isn't what it use to be. How about a horse? A dodge?

no, ford can't be chevy, ford has their own engine, and chevy has their own engine. If the Chevy and GM would become partner of Nissan Motor Company.

I think I'm not sure but keep in mind I am a girl and tend to have a hard time remembering to turn off my car when i get out of it, but anyway...I think Chevy's logo is :Solid as a Rock.... so wouldn't that make this particular car Solid as a Rock too???

As far as your DMV is concerned, you go by the VIN on the Body of the vehicle. For insurance and registration, yes, it is still a Ford.
