I hope u realize right off that that female is not ur friend. Secondly, this s*** didn't happen on accident...one of them knew they was gonna f*** up ahead of time (maybe not the whole time u 2 where together, but they knew it). Leave him and her alone or it'll get way uglier.

To lose a boyfriend is hard enough on its own, without losing a friend on top of the situation. How good a friend "was" she? The smart thing on your part, as far as to this so called friend, is to write her totally off. If she likes the thrill of the hunt, she will be silently competing with you from here on out. Now, the boyfriend. How long have you been dating him? If there is time involved, give him time to see your friend for what she really is. He may of got caught up in a trap. If he has hurt you, and you don't want him back, then let him go. Grieve this loss, and pick up the pieces and try to move on. Good ways to release emotions, is physical. Go to a gym, walk, enter a marathon, pick a fight with your dog, or just kick everything in sight. Next is the mental acceptance. You have to get a mind set and reprogram the way you were thinking, to acommadate what is going on in your life. Its hard!!! But you will survive! Don't get gun shy. The saying, "when you fall off a horse, you need to get right back on," goes for relationships too. These trials in our life, helps built our maturity level. It prepares us for "life's not fair" things, that we just can't get around.

stop and think if this dirt ball left you for your friend then chose what is more important:
1.your dirt bag old boyfriend
2.your too timin friend
3.what you are going to do for fun now that you are single

If he wanna walk out let him because ...it's not hurting him if he left it's hurting...you...so move on from your friend and him...if may not be in gods will 4 u to have him
