Absolutely. Republicans are trying hard to show that they care, and that they can be warm and inviting.

So, as a party, they should continue to do everything they can to support global warming. It is their legacy, after all.

Sure Go Red Go
While you are at it you should have large families and give each of the drivers the biggest vehicle that is available. Make sure that the driver get their license as soon as possible (learning permit at 14 and a half) A nice big GMC suburban or Cadillac ? the bigger the better because it will be a boost to the economy.

These people believe that they will be taken off the planet when things start going bad. [ rapture ]
I hope rapture comes soon and takes these people away so that we can start fixing the problems that they have made.

NEVER in human history has it EVER been warmer than it is now, NEVER !

The last time it might have been warmer was over 400,000 years ago and Homo sapiens did not walk the Earth then but some predecessor of modern man

Greenland got its' name as a marketing ploy by the Icelanders who wanted settlers to go to it.

That's a nice thought, but the truth is there isn't much we can do to increase or decrease global warming. It's not a man-made phenomenon.

Temperature cycles have been part of the Earth for as far back as science can determine. Earth has been both hotter and cooler than it is now. All without a single SUV or air-conditioner running.

There is also little scientific consensus on whether a warmer Earth is better or worse overall.

You see, despite Al Gore's movie, the fact is that Al Gore is about as dumb as a box of rocks, and hasn't the educational background to even begin to be able to adequately assess the pseudoscience he blathers on and on about.

So, basically, you're out of luck. Sorry.

The Earth is recovering from the last ice age. The Earth was warmer than it is now before the last ice age. Did you know Greenland was once green? I really do not believe "global warming" is an issue at all.

Lol, I have a sneaking suspicion you might not be a republican yourself, but you do hit on a good argument to sway the non-environmentalist.

They should look at saving the environment as a money making venture. Myself, I invest in stocks that have a green agenda. We have to make our emissions cleaner, that takes certain technologies. That is an investment opportunity right there to make a buck.

The thing is that to clean up our act we have to do certain things and certain companies have to do them. That creates work and business opportunities that can be tapped to increase investment value. In short, it can be shown to be beneficial to all parties concerned and that is a good goal for us to work towards.
