I would talk to your manager and ask why you were cut. Maybe it is an oversight. If not ask for a reason as to why you were cut. Remind the manager about the original agreement they made with you and determine if the manager will abide by the agreement. If not? Find another place to work that will match your schedule.

Whenever you do something unexpected like that you immediately put your superior on the defensive. I can tell you from experience that he's going to weasel you out, ( cut your hours) to the point it hurts to make you quit. If I were you I'd go above him to his superior cause obviously you can't make him understand your motives. Explain to the guy on the top that you want or actually NEED to keep both of your jobs for financial reasons, even if it's a lie. If that doesn't work I'd just leave him hanging on a day when it's busy. He'll get the point.

You need to sit down and talk to him. Find out what his reason was for doing that..... Most people don't want to work weekends, and I am just surprized that he did that. If he does not want you there, there are plenty of places where they would be glad to take you on weekends...

Try and talk to the boss about it and let him know what is going on. Let him/her know that you like working there (even if you don't) It suprises me...most employers like when others work weekends cuz there is plenty that don't want to!

Hope this helps
