Depends. Windows Internet Explorer comes default with one. As does Firefox. What program are you using? What browser? You need to specific things. Did you download a toolbar from any major company?

there is no longer some thing to delete. The toolbar is purely letting you understand, that because you've had it, it has blocked a finished of X pages. even as you should likely sparkling the count number. There are not any popups actual saved on your pc... The toolbar purely keeps count number so that you'll understand it is operating and understand how undesirable it may well be in case you probably did no longer have it enabled ;). My pop up blocker says 567 ;)

If it's in Windows either go to Control Panel/Internet Options/Privacy and uncheck the box for pop-up blocking or, if you are in Internet Explorer, go to Tools/Internet Op[tions/Privacy and do the same thing.
If you have downloaded the Google or Yahoo toolbars you'll need to also go into the Preferences screens on those applications and disable their respective pop-up blockers.

many different programs have popup blockers. you could be rumming as many as 10 at once and not know it. everyone is different. no one can help you with that. you just have to figure it out yourself. there is no way for us to know what programs you have
