Give a sincere smile first of all. A lot of people give that fake half-*** smile that we all know about..the one that seems painful to do because they might be a stranger or you really don't feel like smiling, but a real, true, sincere smile means a lot to someone. And when you give that, it will be automatic for that person to give a meaningful one back as well...which helps to start off a conversation much easier....and ask them about them..because honestly, a lot of people like to talk about themselves and their day..so what I did was ask about them and their interests and that got me a lot of friends.

I work hard to be a person who can be counted on to do what he says he will do. If I cannot, I contact the other person(s) and tell them that I cannot. Why? Because that is a characteristic that I appreciate in other people very much.

I don't talk about other's behind their backs, I don't indulge in gossip, I don't intentionally say anything to hurt anyone, and I do keep people's secrets.
