I have constant problems with Wells Fargo and they do nothing to help me. Would I contact FDIC? Better Business Bureau?

Wells Fargo operates banks under a national banking charter issued by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).

As a bank holding company, it is also regulated by the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB).

They also operate a number of non-bank subsidiaries which may have other regulators.

I'd call the attorney general's office or the state in which you do business with them and file a complaint
