Do these only occur during pregnancy or can they develop at any time? Recently I have developed quite a few over the past week and then a little less on the other nip. Just odd to me that they would come outta nowhere like this..they're kinda like pimple-like bumps...there is a high chance that I am pregnant (need to test). Just waiting for the right time. Anyways, just curious if non-pregnant woman get it? Also, do women experience weird slight cramping and dull backaches in early pregnancy?

Montgomery's glands are always there. They just expand during pregnancy.

I developed them when I was 13, and had the doctor check them because I didn't know what they were (she said not to worry it was normal)

I am now three month along (and twenty five years old )
when I got pregnant they went away lol
