Overpaid is right. But consider this... some background actors "extras" (that are non-celebrity status) get paid about $7 /hour. That's it. If you have a special skill, you can get paid up to $95 /hour. And that's only background performers. I know what special skills means (knowing how to play cards for a casino scene, acrobatic performances in the background, singing, etc...) and why it's that much more $$, but how much more talent can you have as an actor or celebrity that you need to be paid $millions$??? Why should someone be worshiped for reciting their lines enough times to memorize them? So yes, I think they are overrated.

yes very much so, and people that host celebrity talk shows are obsessed. celebrities are just people, and some of them don't even have a real talent, ones that do, i have more respect for.
