OK listen, my mother language is Spanish so I'll guide you. You can say "eres muy sexy= you are very sexy" "hmm papasito=hmm hottie!(case of girl telling that to boy)" "Que bueno que estas = you are so good-looking (in a more naughty way)" Now if you just want to say to a boy that's he's very attractive in a more cool way you can say sth like "De verdad, eres muy atractivo = Seriously, you are really attractive"

it doesn't translate. we just say "sexy." for example:.... su vestido es muy sexy. spanish only speakers and second language speakers all understand it.

im not sure about sexy but pretty for a woman is linda, or beautiful is bonita. for a male guapo (pronounced wah-po') is hansom.
