Any organic material, that is ground up. Tree trimmings, grass clippings. Just about anything organic.

fresh coffee grounds mixed half and half with dirt,eggshells(crushed), saw dust, and dirt. keep in dark cool place. Under your house is an excellent place if you live in a warmer climate. GOOD LUCK

Corn meal. I used to actually raise earthworms to sell and that's what I fed them.
