When I tried to add my domain I get this message and I have no clue what to do next??? thanks

Your nameservers are not properly set.
This domain name is registered with a non-Freewebs registrar. If you are the domain name owner you must visit your registrant's site and set your domain name's nameservers to:

ns1.freewebs.com
ns2.freewebs.com

This will allow us to attach and point your domain name to your Freewebs account.

The nameserver is referring to your DNS settings (Domain Name Server) which currently do not point to Freewebs name server.

1. Log in to your current domain registrar account (the company you registered your domain name with first).

2. Go to your account details and look for Change account settings (or something similar). You should see something like:

Domain currently points to:
(There should be an Edit button or link there, click that)

3. Change the DNS settings to:
ns1.freewebs.com
ns2.freewebs.com

4. Click on Save or Save Changes (whatever you see on the screen that allows you to save the change you just made.

I have my web site with Network Solutions and they on-screen menus make it very easy to change this information.

When you buy a domain name you need to have 2 working nameservers.
From the message I think that, you have a domain you have somehow manged to aquire and it is not from freewebs.

This is OK, but to have your domain to really be in freewebs (as it looks like you want) you need to tell the place where you bought your domain these new nameservers (those nsX.freewebs.com) so that whenever you or somebody else connects to your domain they will be directed to freewebs site.

Like when somebody writes in browser

http://www.yourdomain.com

they actually connect to

http://www.freewebs.com/~youraccount

or something like that.

Another thing is that if you got a domain from freewebs and somehow mistyped some info, check your account details then.

You did buy your own domain, correct? If so, then just set the nameservers, after logging into your domain's host, to the servers it gives.
