You can buy an inexpensive compresser for $20.00. You plug it into the cigarette lighter.
It takes awhile but it will do it. You can do it with a bicycle pump.
You can take the tires off and bring them to a garage.
You can get a portable air tank. Fill it at a gas station and bring it home $29.

Well you can go buy a $20.00 12volt compressor that plugs into the cigarette lighter, or you can jack the car up and take all the tires to a gas station and air them up.

Or ask if a station will rent you an air buble to take home and fill the tires with.
