I imagine he could not do much. He would be very old. He would probably yell at the neighbours and kick the cat. Of course he would be in hiding as well so life would be a real drag. Then again he could be an advisor to the U.S. Republican Party.......

Depends on where he was born. He used third party oppression to draw power to himself. If he were in America, he would be Bush like in the way he is attempting to gain power. If he were in the middle east he would become the leader of a terrorist organization.
