If you two are still cool enough, call her and let her know you would like to meet and talk about your concern related to the youngest child. Then arrange for DNA testing.. It's a painless process for the three involved.
If your not cool, get an attorney.. Handle it the legal right way if you truly believe that the child may be yours..
Better safe than sorry..

Just say that some thing's been bothering you and you deserve to know the truth in order to avoid any legal problems in the future if the child turns out to be yours.
If it is really important to you to know then the courts may be your only option through paternity if she doesn't want to discuss it further.
She can say yes or she can so no but saying either doesn't really resolve whether you are the biological father absent a paternity test so the court in order to get to the truth may be your only resource to the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

Simply ask her. If you strongly believe that the child could be yours and you feel she is not telling the truth (if she tells you no), then you can have a court ordered paternity test. I know you said that you did not want courts involved, so try and ask her first. Be very calm and non-confrontational about it when you approach her so she doesn't feel threatened. Good luck. I hope you get the outcome you are searching for.

You just need to ask her straight out. If she says no and you still think it is yours ask her who the father is then. You could also ask her if you could have a paternity test done. However, if you are going to ask her you better be prepared to take care of the child and do the right thing by helping to support it.

You can just ask her, but will she tell you the truth? You have the right to go to court and ask them for a paternity test. If the child is that important to you, thats what I would do. There are also pro-father websites that can help you, here is one of them:

Can't do that. If she's in a relationship just now, you're going to be seen as the butt hole of the universe. And if it is your kid, she should have told you. What in the world are you doing? Why, would you have sex with a woman that would have your kid and then keep it from you? This does not make any sense. If it's your kid, she would have told you. If it belongs to someone other, then, it's none of your business. Good luck!

The best thing you can do is be straightforward about it. She might be afraid to tell you because she might frighten you away, or she thinks that you don't care enough for her to tell you. Set up a meeting with her and just put it out there on the table. Assure her that if you are the father, that you won't run away and will provide for them.

Take her out and in a non threatening way just tell her that you would like a paternity test to make sure. If she gets defensive and says no repeatedly she may have something to hide. If she gets angry and agrees so it she may be sure you're the daddy. Good luck hun...hope all goes well!!!

VERy carefully. Ask for a DNA sample if you have to. All they have to do is scrape the inside of both of your cheeks. Good luck. Ask for it, then if you have to get a court order.
