You probably have a sexually transmitted disease. Chlamydia will cause a full uterine sensation. Go get checked. This disease can be spread, and can cause very serious complications to a person who has a challenged immune system.

A yeast infection will not effect a PT. How long has it been since your last period? If you have missed a period go to the doctor! The first couple weeks of a baby is the most important to care for them properly. If you have not missed your period yet wait a week or two and take a test. In the mean time if you think you are...go to the drug store and begin prenatal vitamins. It will reduce health risks in the baby. Don't be scared to tell your parents if you are...there is nothing that can change it...Im sure they will help!

I am pretty sure it can't. Check on the instructions of the package, go to the website of the company that made the pregnancy test, and call Planned Parenthood (they'll be in the phone book) or somewhere else.

I am attaching some links to respectable websites that say any infections would likely not alter the test results. Try to stay calm, I know it's hard, but you're probably not pregnant if you've taken 5 tests.

A yeast infection can not effect the results of a pregnancy test. Please do us all a favor and read the damn pamphlet that comes in the box.
HPT's detect HCG levels. HCG levels are ONLY present during pregnancy or when using fertility drugs. There's no way you are sure something is growing inside of you. I'm almost 5 months pregnant and I barely feel a thing.
Grow up and stop hoping for pregnancy. Educate yourself before you bring another idiot into the world.

Hello, I'm on the second week and seeing definite improvement on my yeast infection symptoms:

Note that: If the yeast infection doesn't respond to over the counter treatment, prescription medication will likely be necessary. Similarly, if the symptoms return after two months of being treated, you should contact the doctor for professional treatment rather than resorting again to home treatment.

If this is the first time you have experienced a yeast infection, you should schedule an appointment to have the condition treated by a doctor instead of resorting to home treatment

No, the two are not related. Please read the directions carefully on the box of your preg test. Have you missed your period? Did you wait 4 weeks after intercourse to test? If you did and it was negative, you are not pregnant.

Don't be scared. Go see your doctor. They can also prescribe birth-control so that you don't have to go through this again. It's not like you would be able to hide it if you were pregnant, and I'm sure that your parents would rather you be responsible than in denial and risk your health and the health of your baby.

Take care.

A yeast infection will not alter the results of a home pregnancy test, but a test is not effective until after you miss a period. Try using the test first thing in the morning when your urine is more concentrated. If you're certain you're pregnant, see your doctor for a hCG blood test to confirm it.

No it definitely will not. If you have an infection like that you need to go see the doctor anyway. If five test say you are negative they are probably correct. The doctor cannot tell your parents you are pregnant anyway, unless you tell him or her they can. You need to go see a doctor! It's possible you have contacted a Sexually Transmitted disease, that's what could be going on inside of you! Go find out what's going on! Tell your parents if you have to but go see a doctor!

You probably are too young to be having sex but if you are you need to use protection!

Most infections do not cloud a pregnancy test result. The pregnancy test detects the HCG levels in your urine. If you think that you are pregnant you need to go to the doctor. Also if you think you may have an infection they will be able to treat that as well.
